This auction is for a simpson 1944 military i-177 radio tueb tester. This tester is in nice condition, and is a working tester. We tested a tube on it, and it tested as it should. It comes with teh original manual and is dated 1944. The serial numbre is 64, and assume it was the 64th one produced. Simpson produced many of these old testers before hickok took over making testers for the military. The inside of the tester is very clean for it's age. The outside does show some paint flaked spots, but certainly still pretty clean, and 100% functional. A nice old tester to use or add to any collection. We do guarantee this tester to work, but do not ugarantee it won't need calibrated, or adjusted for continuous use.
