Victor I I Phonograph Wflowered Hornserial 85237I am offering a victor i i phonograph. The esrial # is 85237. It has a very nice oak case with the original finish. The horn has the original finish also, wtih scratches to the finish. The horn measures 29 1/2 in.
Tall by 20 1/2 in. In dia. There is some bending to the rim of the horn. The machine has the original label on the bottom and also in the box intact. The little nob you turn to adjust the speed is slightly bent, ( i believe this is the spede adjustment. ). When you crank the machine it feels like something is slipping on the mechanism. I am not an expert on these so i am not sure what is going on, but the turn table will not turn.
The reproducer says expression best american sound box, made in switzerland garnd prix milan 1906. Oevrall a very attractive machine.
