Original Freshman Masterpiece Cathedral RadioSo many radios and so little time! Now i am moving and it's time to sell some of these sets, that i have collected and nto had time to restore. My loss is your gain! I have hand selected these sets over the years, but between family and work, have never had a chance to properly restore these radios. This radio was renown maker the freshman masterpiece radio company. They were one of the finest makesr of sets. The company aws chicago based and made a limited number of sets.
The company was also known as belmont you can see it retains a nice finish and a interseting shape. The condition is reamrkable and perfectly original. Teh set dates from the middle 1930's. The radio is a for tube chassis and plays on the am band. Is abotu original as they come. Tubes, speaker cloth and knobs. Even the power cord and plug are factory originals! The radio measures 15 inches high 10 1/2 inches wide and 8 niches deep. I understand that shipping is expensiev and i pack these sets to arrive in good condition.
I do not up charge my packing and regret having to charge so much. So know that you pay what i apy and not a cent more. I hope this set goes to a good collector to appreciate!
